The Emergence of New Melting Points in Old Iloilo Airport

It's been a while that I havn't post new proposals.
It's been a busy week for me settling some thing to be settled. he he he.

A new benchmark establishment in an old Airport to cater the emerging market of outsourcing outside Philippine's Capital Cities. The use of new materials is eminent to give the building a more younger market look.

A new trend of hypermarket to complement the North Luzon expressway in Bulacan Area. Houses the basic necessities of a traveler, from food to personal care. This will indeed make a long travel a worth stopping for.

The Sardinia House

A sprawling mansion to be built in Puerto Real, Lapaz,Iloilo. The incept of this design is its Mediterranean look that savors the feeling of being in a village in Europe like Sardinia, Monaco and place it in Iloilo. Bound for construction in middle of this year.

The Modern Dormitory

A modern design inspired dormitory to be constructed in the busy Quezon City university belt. Ammenites includes wi-fi able bedrooms with aircon, 24 hours canteen, dedicated security personnels, and a laundry machine and area.

Nabas Inn

A nice inn in the middle of Nabas,Aklan. To be finished on Middle of 2009, This inn will serve as a transient stop for weary travellers going to Boracay and to other place in Panay Island.

New Salak Development

This is an update to the proposed project done last year. A new level of luxury in the middle of Kuching.

BF Executive Village Renovation

An exciting renovation work that entails fine colonial and american style details. A very good color combination making it a smart modern looking yet classic design.

New Township in outskirt of Iloilo

A Colonial/Mediterranean concept shop houses cum commercial strip to vitalize the emerging demand of new commodities on that said outskirt. This town is known for its "pantat" and home of the one of the best baseball team in Wstern Visayas

The Ship Project
